Why do We Drink Water

Don’t be surprised that water is a basic substance living creatures are made of. A human being is about 65% water (the number varies between 60 to 75 % from person to person). Kidneys and liver that are in charge of removing toxins from the body can work much better on condition there’s no deficiency in water. Besides water can treat you form headaches. Those who have problems with digestion can solve their problems simply by drinking water. Water is especially vital for those who suffer from constipation.

  1. Drink when you are thirsty.
  2. One cup of water during the meal will help you body to digest food.
  3. Then drink one more cup between meals.
  4. If you’re going to exercise drink 1-2 cups of water before it so that the body shouldn’t be dehydrated.
  5. Don’t forget about a cup of water per hour when you’re doing sports.
But what is as much important is the quality of water. It’s recommended to drink water from water filters.
